Refund Policy

Pricing:

Prices show in your local currency by default. You can switch currencies using the selector in the menu.

90-Day Money-Back Guarantee:

If you are not happy with your order, send it back within 90 days of delivery for a full refund. No drama. This guarantee is for customers who simply are not satisfied with the product. It is not for price matching, promo arbitrage, or returning and rebuying the same item to grab a later discount, and we may decline returns that look like misuse of the policy.

Faulty or Damaged on Arrival:

If any item in your order turns up faulty or damaged, let us know within 30 days of delivery. Send a quick photo of the issue to support@locksteed.com and we will sort it. Once we have confirmed it, you will get a replacement or a full refund, your call.

Lifetime Warranty:

Every LOCKSTEED product is backed by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. If something fails because of a fault in the product down the track, contact us and we will replace it.

Cancellations:

Changed your mind? Contact us within 1 hour of placing your order and we will cancel it. After that, your order may already be in processing or on its way, so we cannot always pull it back. If it has left the warehouse, treat it as a return instead and use the 90-day guarantee above.

Amendments:

Need to change something on your order, like the address or a detail? Contact us within 1 hour of ordering and we will do our best. After an hour we will still try, but if it is already in processing or shipped we may not be able to make the change.

Email us at support@locksteed.com with your order number and what is going on, and we will walk you through it.

Your Consumer Rights:

Nothing in this policy limits or replaces the rights you have under the consumer law that applies in your country. Those rights apply on top of everything above.
