Shipping & Delivery

Yes, and shipping is free everywhere. No minimum spend, no fees at checkout.

Orders are usually processed within 1 business day. Once dispatched, delivery is 4 to 8 business days for the USA, UK, Australia, Canada, and New Zealand, and 8 to 12 business days for the rest of the world. These are estimates, not guarantees, since we rely on third-party carriers.

Our products are made and shipped from multiple countries, including the US, China & Australia. This allows us to offer great prices, while ensuring the highest level of quality.

First, check your tracking at locksteed.com/pages/track-order. Carriers sometimes scan slowly, so an order can look stuck and still be moving. If your tracking has not updated in a while or you are past the estimated window, email us at support@locksteed.com with your order number and we will chase it up with the carrier for you.

That is down to your local carrier. Most will either leave it in a safe spot, leave a card with redelivery or collection instructions, or try again the next day. Your tracking page will usually show what happened, and you can reach out to us any time if you need a hand.

Order Changes

We can, as long as you are quick. Email us at support@locksteed.com within 1 hour of ordering with your order number and what you need changed or cancelled, and we will do our best. After an hour your order may already be in processing or on its way, so we cannot always make the change. If it has already shipped, you can use our 90-day money-back guarantee instead.

Emails & Notifications

Yes. You will get an order confirmation straight after checkout, and a second email with your tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Nine times out of ten it is sitting in your spam or promotions folder, so check there first. It is also worth making sure the email address on your order was typed correctly. If you still cannot find it, email us at support@locksteed.com and we will confirm your order and resend it.

Damaged Items / Product Care

Sorry about that, we will make it right. Email us at support@locksteed.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a quick photo of the issue. Once we have confirmed it, you will get a replacement or a full refund, your call.

About the Product

The Driveway Defender fits any vehicle with a standard seatbelt buckle. It loops around your steering wheel and anchors into the buckle receiver, so it is not tied to a specific make or model.
